Our Founder
Capital CFO was founded by James Carter, CPA, MBA, a seasoned finance professional with over 15 years’ experience as a chief financial officer and finance director in technology, manufacturing and professional services companies across Australia. Having witnessed first‑hand the challenges SMEs face when they lack in‑house financial leadership, James established Capital CFO to bridge that gap. He is passionate about helping entrepreneurs and business owners gain financial clarity, improve performance and realise their vision.
